When assembling, the length of the spacer pin should be adapted to the height of the toroidal transformer. The provided spacer rings can be used for this. When assembled, the flanges should rest upon the front surface of the spaced pins (with spacer ring) without bending considerably, whereby the transformer is crimped and held by the neoprene pads on the inside.
