The company specialises in the research, development, manufacture, production and distribution of connectors and cabling systems for smart instruments, LED lighting, wireless networks, communication terminals, industrial equipment, personal short-distance balance vehicles, lifts, automotive electronics and financial systems. The company has obtained ISO9001 (quality management system), ISO14001 (environmental management system), OHSAS18001 (occupational health and safety management system) and IATF16949 (automotive industry quality management system) certifications. Its products have received certifications such as UL (USA), CE (EU) and FCC (USA). The company's product portfolio includes pin headers, socket headers, LED connectors, IDC sockets, IC sockets, Jianniu connectors, horn connectors, D-SUB connectors, waterproof D-SUB connectors, metal components and zinc alloy housings for industrial vehicles, toggle switches, FPCs, FFCs, connectors for automotive electronics, micro-match connectors, European-style sockets, plug-in boards, jumpers, ribbon cables, various UL-certified electrical cables, network sockets, wafers, IP67 waterproof cables and various crimped and riveted cables. All products comply with the EU environmental directives RoHS 2.0 and REACH. Annual tests are carried out at the SGS test laboratories in Shanghai, while the company has an independent laboratory equipped to perform electrical, mechanical and environmental performance assessments. The instrumentation includes: fully automatic computer-controlled pull-out force testers, micro hardness testers, CCD image measuring devices, tensile strength testers, temperature rise testers, ageing test chambers, salt spray testers, insulation resistance testers, contact resistance testers, high voltage testers, Rockwell hardness testers, infrared reflow soldering testers, RoHS environmental testers, X-RAY testers for the thickness of electroplated layers, glow wire testers, vertical and horizontal combustion testers, steam ageing testers, vibration testers and wire pendulum testers, etc.

The company currently occupies an area of 20 hectares with a total floor space of 40,000 square metres. It has over 260 self-developed automated machines, more than 60 dust-free production lines, over 40 pure electric low-voltage high-speed injection moulding machines imported from Japan, over 20 ultra-high-speed precision punching machines imported from Japan and a precision die-casting machine. The mould processing equipment includes three Japanese Sodick long-term wire EDM machines, eighteen Taiwanese grinding machines, five EDM machines, one precision engraving machine, one laser welding machine, three milling machines and six high-speed wire EDM machines. We are undergoing industrial transformation and have introduced ERP, PDM and CRM software. We are currently actively building an MES production integration system and plan to fully realise the Industry 4.0 model by 2025! In the coming years, we will invest significantly in building a renowned domestic connector brand, keeping pace with the latest technological developments. Our expansion will focus on the areas of new energy, 5G networks, automotive electronics, waterproof heavy-duty equipment and medicine. We plan to develop over 50 new products in the next three to five years to meet the demands of the premium market. We currently hold over 150 patents and aim to deepen our cooperation with end-user manufacturers by sharing our patented technologies to promote the healthy development of the connector industry.
