SECH Hybrid Ultracapacitor (HUC) Cells HUC cells combine the properties of an ultracapacitor with those of a lithium battery to create a long-lasting, ultra-fast, high-energy storage cell that can be charged and discharged in seconds. They offer battery-like energy density and ultracapacitor-like power density, are extremely durable and therefore ideal for use in demanding environments, and can be charged and discharged tens of thousands of times at high currents without significant loss of performance.
