Application Range

Always use WLC when there is a risk of staining of contact systems by silicones.

Intended Use
WLC heat transfer paste reduces thermal resistivity essentially between semiconductor ele-
ments and cooling elements.
WLC heat transfer paste is electrically insulating and adapts itself to the roughness of surfaces
in an optimal way.
